13.10 We will provide the information you request under your rights set out in Section 13 of this Agreement within one month of receiving your request. Depending on the nature and number of requests, this period may be extended by up to two months where necessary. We will inform you of any such extension, along with the reasons for it, within one month of receiving your request.
13.11 Unless prohibited under Section 13 of the Act, the information you request in exercising your rights under Section 13 will be provided free of charge. Where a request is unfounded or excessive, in particular where requests are repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative cost of providing the information or communicating the requested action. We may also decline to act on the request.
